We are proud and thankful that >95% of orders are from existing customers. Repeat customers drive our business so we thank all. For new customers who may not be aware or for existing customers who are curious, here are our terms and conditions of sale:

  • Product Use: Angkor Cambodian Hair is a wholesale company. All purchases must be for resale, not individual use.
  • Shipment cutoff times: All orders paid by 11AM will go out the same day.
  • Saturday Delivery: Fedex 2 day, Fedex Priority Overnight, USPS Express and UPS Next Day Air will be shipped with Saturday delivery included.
  • Transit Time: We are not the carrier and cannot guarantee transit time. UPS and Fedex pickup every day around 6:00PM at the warehouse. Pickup time has no relation to transit time. A package given to UPS at 9AM moves the same as a package given to UPS at 6PM. We cannot be responsible for shipments late due to the carriers, but can help to file for shipping refunds. Carriers often do not refund due to situations like weather, mechanical breakdown, etc.
  • Lost packages: Packages lost in transit with no delivery scan will be reimbursed by us after we go through carrier trace/investigation process. This takes time (1-2 weeks), but we do refund money on lost packages when it happens. Packages with delivery scans will not be reimbursed. These are normally stolen packages – as we cannot be responsible for the security of the location shipped to and customer is choosing shipping location if there is a delivery scan we cannot be responsible for reimbursement.
  • Signature: All packages with values over $750 will be shipped signature required.
  • Returns: Any product can be returned for a full refund of all charges except for shipping cost as long as the ties on the bundles aren’t cut and the hair hasn’t been cut, damaged or colored. Washing hair to check is ok.
  • Surcharge: We charge an extra 10% tariff surcharge/price adjustment. We are currently subject to approximately 20% tariff on shipments coming to the warehouse so a 10% price increase was necessary not just due to the tariffs, but ensuing legal charges, capital costs of inventory, risk, and other costs associated with the tariffs. This charge is not a tariff as we are paying the aprox 20% tariff on all shipments to the warehouse, but instead this is a price increase. If tariffs are eliminated or reversed we will eliminate the extra charge and revert to our original pricing, but this will not be refunded. If you have wholesale orders we can ship from the factory without the surcharge, but we will use full value invoice and tariff cost for importer will be aprox 20%. 
  • Issues on hair: Hair is natural. Patterns, performance, look, etc vary. Photos are example photos and actual items may appear different. We cannot guarantee hair looks exactly in a certain way. In no event will we be responsible for any reimbursement cost if hair doesn’t “look like it does on the site” before or after wear. See return policy as returns are fine, but return before cutting the ties.
  • The most common problems are caused by color and heat. Please check the about quality tab on the website before coloring. Different quality levels can be colored to different levels safely. The higher the quality level the more heat can be safely applied. We offer VERY competitive wholesale price points on multiple qualities of hair. Please make sure you are choosing the correct quality for your customer base and their uses. We will not be responsible for issues during coloring, styling etc. Email us if you have any issues and we’ll try our best to find a resolution.
